(VOVworld) - Olympic Run Day for Public Health 2015 will be held on March 22 in communes, wards and towns nationwide, announced the General Department of Sports and Physical Training and the Vietnam Sports newspaper at a launch ceremony on Thursday in Hanoi.

This is part of activities to respond to International Olympic Day, June 23, and the 69^th anniversary of Vietnam Sports Day, March 27. According to the organizing board, Vietnam Olympic Run Day will be held annually to promote sports activities nationwide.
In Hanoi, the event is expected to draw thousands of participants running around Hoan Kiem Lake.
