Deputy President and Secretary General of the Association, Vu The Phiet, talks about the next 5-year plan: “In the 2019-2023 term, we will compete in the Southeast Asia Games in the Philippines in a hope to have a dozen of athletes qualified for the 2020 Paralympics in Tokyo. We will accelerate preparation for hosting the 2021 Para Games in Vietnam and develop new sports in international integration.”
