Vietnam rapidly progresses in English proficiency
(VOVworld) – Vietnam has rapidly progressed in English proficiency, according to Education Firs, an international educational institute. Its English Proficiency Index, released in November in Hong Kong, China, reported that Danish people are the best non-native English speakers in the world. The top ten countries in English proficiency are all from Europe. Along with Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia are among countries making the biggest improvements in English proficiency. Vietnam ranks 33rd on the list.
