(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam logged additional 13,698 COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours as of 4pm Thursday.
They included 21 imported cases and 13,677 locally-transmitted cases in 60 cities and provinces. So far, Vietnam has reported 1,266,288 COVID-19 infections.
Also on Thursday, 13,259 COVID-19 patients fully recovered bringing the total recoveries in Vietnam to 1,005,310.
In the last 24 hours, 210 people died of COVID-19.
So far, Vietnam has administered 147.5 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
The Ministry of Health is expected to receive 63.5 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine by the end of this year.
