(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang has praised major trade cooperation potentials between Vietnam and Spain. He told the visiting Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Jose Manuel Garcia Margallo in Hanoi on Thursday that Spain’s early rectification of a Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the EU will be an important legal foundation to promote bilateral trade ties.

The Spanish Minister agreed on further political cooperation and facilitation of businesses from both sides in market exploration as well as integration with the ASEAN and EU market. The Minister pledged to promote the EU early signing of its free trade pact with Vietnam.
