Vietnam to host Ironman 70.3 Asia-Pacific Championship
(VOVWORLD) - Da Nang city is scheduled to host the Ironman 70.3 Asia Pacific Championship in 2019 next month.

The event from May 9 – 12 is expected to attract over 2,200 athletes from 50 countries. Da Nang city has hosted Ironman 70.3 races for the past five years, making it the largest international multi-sport event in Vietnam.
The race will include a 1.9-km swim along the beach, a 90-km bike ride along the coastline, and a 21-km run.
The World Ironman Championship will take place in Nice, France, in September.
