At a reception in Hanoi on Friday, Mr. Binh called on both sides to increase the exchange of high-ranking visits and meetings in order to enhance political trust, expand cooperation and deepen their bilateral ties. He also called for the Republic of Korean National Assembly’s support in maintaining non-refundable aid and ODA loans for Vietnam.
