(VOVworld) – Minister of Defense Ngo Xuan Lich spoke highly of the good neighborliness between Vietnam and Cambodia during a reception for Cambodian Ambassador Prak Nguon Hong in Hanoi on Thursday.

Mr Lich underlined that Vietnam always prioritizes the development of the traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation with Cambodia, in which defense cooperation is a highlight. He expressed the hope that ambassador Hong would make contributions to fostering friendship and solidarity between the two countries’ armies and citizens.
Ambassador Prak Nguon Hong called for growing cooperation between the Vietnam People’s army and the Royal Cambodian Army for the development of friendship and fruitful relations between the two nations.
