General Lich said the Vietnam-US defense cooperation has been expanding as evidenced by exchanges of visits, training, sharing of experience in UN peacekeeping activities, and addressing the consequences of war. He urged the armies of Vietnam and the US to continue their mutually beneficial cooperation.
