Vietnamese goalkeeper Dang Van Lam to play for Japan club
(VOVWORLD) - Dang Van Lam, goalkeeper of the Vietnamese national football team, has signed for J1 League club Cerezo Osaka.

Japanese media reported Thursday that Lam, 28, would join Cerezo Osaka this season.
According to Sports Hochi, a Japanese daily sports newspaper, Cerezo Osaka FC had to spend a large sum on Lam’s contract from his managing Thai League 1 club Muangthong United (Thai League).
Lam is the fourth Vietnamese footballer to play in Japan, following Le Cong Vinh, Nguyen Tuan Anh, and Nguyen Cong Phuong, who wore the jerseys of Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo, Yokohama FC, and Mito HollyHock.
