Vietnam-Laos Trade Fair 2017 opens
(VOVWORLD) -More than 120 enterprises across 320 booths from Laos and Vietnam are displaying their products at the Vietnam-Laos Trade Fair 2017 which opened in Vientiane on Thursday.

Vietnamese Deputy Defense Minister, Tran Don, addressed the opening ceremony: “This has been the 3rd trade fair co-organized by the Vietnamese and Laotian Ministries of Industry and Trade and Defense. This is an important political, economic and social event to boost bilateral cooperation and explore business opportunities between the two countries. It boosts Vietnam’s exports to Laos and ASEAN markets and contributes practically to the joint objectives of peace, security, cooperation and development.”
On this occasion, Laotian Deputy Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone and representatives from Vietnamese and Laotians ministries launched a joint economic and trade e-portal as an official trade information source of Vietnam and Laos.
