(VOVworld) – The 2^nd national amateur singing festival will be held next April in Binh Duong city to promote Southern amateur singing and honor artists who have made great contributions to amateur singing.

Binh Duong province’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said the province has worked with media agencies to set up websites to publicize the festival. 500 paintings and photos of amateur singing will be on display during the festival.
A music writing contest for amateur songs about the homeland, new rural development, and Southern people has been launched.
