Mr. Minh made the call at Tuesday’s reception in Hanoi for the visiting Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir G. Titov.

Titov said Russian senior officials always attached great importance to comprehensive strategic relations with Vietnam and his Ministry has been asked to cooperate with their Vietnamese partners to realize signed agreements and key projects.

Earlier, Deputy Foreign Minister Ho Xuan Son and the Russian diplomat jointly chaired the annual political consultative meeting where they reviewed bilateral cooperation and plans for the exchanges of high-ranking delegations during 2015 and agreed on measures to execute agreements and activities to mark the 65th founding anniversary of diplomatic relations.
