The Vietnamese delegation was led by Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Hoang Quoc Vuong. The Ukrainian delegation was headed by First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Nefyodov Maksym. The meeting demonstrated the determination of both sides to boost bilateral cooperation, which has been affected by recent difficulties. They agreed that Vietnam and Ukraine need to be more active in resuming cooperation channels through their Inter-Governmental Committee mechanisms. The meeting stressed the need for more delegation exchanges and information sharing. Enterprises will be encouraged to expand their export markets and participate in investment projects in the other country.
