VNese businessmen association boosts cooperation, investment with Lao partners
(VOVworld) - The Vietnamese businessmen’s association operating in Laos celebrated the 12th Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day on Thursday.

According to head of the 300-member association Nguyen The Hien, Vietnam has invested more than 5 billion USD in Laos, ranking third among foreign investors in the country.

Addressing the function, Laos’ Minister of Industry and Trade Khemmany Phonselna, lauded contributions made by Vietnamese investors to local socio-economic development.
She said she hopes in the future Vietnamese enterprises will contribute more to Laos’ growth and help it integrate better into the world economy.
Minister Phonselna vowed to create the best conditions possible for the Vietnamese business community to succeed in the market.
