VOV leaders pay tribute to former PM Phan Van Khai
(VOVWORLD) - A Voice of Vietnam (VOV) delegation led by VOV President Nguyen The Ky paid tribute to former Prime Minister Phan Van Khai at the International Convention Centre in Hanoi on Wednesday.
Mr Ky wrote in the book of condolences: “VOV, a Government agency and the voice of the Party, State and Vietnamese people, always received strong support and guidance from former PM Phan Van Khai. The VOV staff remember Uncle Sau Khai as respectable, kind-hearted and humane.”
