The two discussed measures to enhance their countries’ cooperation in key areas like agriculture, telecommunications, education, and healthcare, and to expand bilateral ties in transportation, mining, oil, and gas.

The new ambassador pledged to make a concerted effort to strengthen the Vietnam-Mozambique friendship, increase bilateral trade, attract more Vietnamese investment in Mozambique, and create favorable conditions for exchanges between the two countries.
