With Vietnam’s rapid economic growth of nearly 7.1% in 2018, Vietnam is expected to spend 25 billion USD on infrastructure development annually. Mr. Diop also underscored that investments of large-scale and high-quality on Vietnam’s infrastructure will play a vital role in maintaining Vietnam’s economic growth in the medium to long term.
