The top US leader has been on a two-day State visit to Vietnam at the invitation of President Tran Dai Quang. President Quang said he believes that comprehensive, stable and mutually-beneficial ties between Vietnam and the US will be a positive factor in making important contributions to maintaining peace, stability, cooperation and development.  After the welcoming ceremony, the two Presidents held talks which are followed by a joint media conference.
