Participants stressed the three strategic spearheads for AI development, including human resource training, technological grasp, and innovative urban area development. Assoc.Prof. Dr. Vu Hai Quan, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City National University, suggested that the State devise strategies and provide budget, while businesses expand preferences, promote links, and increase  investment in education of AI application.

Addressing the workshop, Secretary of the municipal Party Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan said: “The city has prepared resources and prioritized AI development. We ask the government for a 2-year mechanism customized for the city’s development.”
