Young people will join programs held by the Youth Union, including start-up initiatives and application of IT in communications as well as celebration of the 87^th anniversary of the Youth Union on March 26.

In Vinh Long province, a launching ceremony for the local Month for the Youth opened with movements to mark the 87^th anniversary of the youth Union, promote innovation for the community and social welfare, vocational advisory and employment for the youth.
