Mr. Le Huy Man’s most recently known address is 6160 Carr St. Arvada, CO 80004, USA. If there is no response from Mr. Le Huy Man within one month since this notice is publicized on VOVWORLD, the Court will handle the case in his absence as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
