The Thai Binh provincial People’s Court requests that Ms. Tina Do Thuy Vy Pham, who was born on December 12, 1989, and holds Canadian citizenship, attend a court of instance in the divorce case with Mr. Duong Tuan Phong, who was born in 1988 and resides at 477 Ly Bon road, Ky Ba ward, Thai Binh city, Thai Binh province, Vietnam.

The court will begin at 8am, February 2, 2017, at the headquarters of the Thai Binh provincial People’s Court at 76 Ky Dong road, Tran Hung Dao ward, Thai Binh city, Thai Binh province, Vietnam.

If Ms. Tina Do Thuy Vy Pham is not present at the above-mentioned time and place, the Thai Binh provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by law.
