(VOVWORLD) - The Can Tho provincial People’s Court would like to inform Korean citizen Lee Dong Chul, born on August 20, 1976, about the ruling on the divorce case with Mrs. Nguyen Thi Diem My.

The court’s judgments were stated as followed:
It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mrs. Nguyen Thi Diem My and Mr. Lee Dong Chul are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Diem My and Mr. Lee Dong Chul have no children or shared asset and loans, thus, there’s no settlement for these issues.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Diem My has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling at the high-level People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Lee Dong Chul to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 1 month after the decree is announced.
