(VOVWORLD) - The Dong Thap provincial People’s Court would like to inform Repubic of Korean citizen Hwang Sun Ho, born in 1977, of the Decree of Divorce (No. 46/2017/HNGD-ST) dated September 11, 2017.
Mr. Hwang Sun Ho's most recently known address is 21 Hyosung Dong Kaeyang Ku, In Chon City, the Republic of Korea.
1. It is ordered and decreed by the Dong Nai provincial People's Court that Mrs. Le Thi Tuyet Lan, the petitioner, and Mr. Hwang Sun Ho, the respondent, are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Mrs. Le Thi Tuyet Lan has to pay the court fee and the overseas judicial entrustment cost. The payment is deducted from the court fee advance Mrs. Lan made on July 18, 2016 and August 24, 2016, at the Dong Thap provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, receipt No. 032522 and No. 0029719.
3. The petitioner has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Hwang Sun Ho to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 12 months after the decree is announced.
