(VOVWORLD) - The Can Tho city People’s Court requests that Mr. Seo Min Hwee, born in 1971, attend a court of first instance on the divorce case with Mrs. Do Thi Kim Trang, born in 1987.
Mr. Seo Min Hwee’s address is No. 612 Gachon-ri, Mulgeum-eup, Yangsan-si, Gyengsangnam-do, South Korea, according to marriage records with Mrs. Do Thi Kim Trang.
The first trial will be held at 8am (local time), May 31, 2018;
The second trial will be held at 8am (local time), June 14, 2018.
The court will be held at the Can Tho city People’s Court, 400 Nguyen Van Cu Street, An Khanh ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city.
If Mr. Seo Min Hwee is unable to attend the court, he should submit a written document stating his opinion on the case as well as the reason for his absence. If Mr. Seo Min Hwee is not present at both trials, the Can Tho city People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by law.
Consular legalization is required for all the above-mentioned documents.
