In the Decree of Divorce (No.67/2018/QĐ-HNGD) dated August 7, 2018, the Court’s judgements were stated as followed:
1. The court accepted Tran Ngoc Giau’s request to start proceedings against Dang Hung Doan.
2. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mrs. Tran Ngoc Giau and Mr. Dang Hung Doan are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
3. Children, shared asset and loans: Mrs. Tran Ngoc Giau does not request the court to resolve these issues.
4. Court fee: Mrs. Tran Ngoc Giau paid the first instance court fee (receipt No.0000387) on November 14, 2017 at the Tay Ninh Provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
5. Procedure fee: Mrs. Tran Ngoc Giau paid the overseas judicial entrustment fees (receipt No.0000391) on November 17, 2017 at the Tay Ninh Provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
6. Mrs. Tran Ngoc Giau has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced, in accordance with Clause 1 of Article 273 of the Civil Procedure Code. The duration for Dang Hung Doan to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is one month after the decree is announced, in accordance with Clause 2 of Article 479 of the Civil Procedure Code.
