The Vinh Long provincial People’s Court will hold the first trial for the divorce case between Mrs. Le Hai Yen as the petitioner and Mr. Pham Khoa Dang as the respondent at 7:30 (local time) April 2, 2019. The venue for the trial will be the Vinh Long provincial People’s Court, No. 500, Phuoc Nguon A group, Phuoc Hau commune, Long Ho district, Vinh Long province, Vietnam.

Vietnamese citizen Le Hai Yen, born in 1993, lives in Quang Thanh group, Hieu Phung commune, Vung Liem district, Vinh Long province, Vietnam.
If the first trial is postponed, a second trial will be held at 7:30 (local time) on April 18, 2019 at the same venue.
If Mr. Pham Khoa Dang is unable to be present at the trial, the case will be addressed according to Vietnamese law.
