The first trial will be held at 7:30 (local time) on May 10, 2019 at the Vinh Long provincial People’s Court, No. 500, Phuoc Nguon A group, Phuoc Hau commune, Long Ho district, Vinh Long province, Vietnam.
If the first trial is postponed, a second trial will be held at 7:30 (local time) on June 5, 2019.
If Mrs. Ngan Kim To is unable to be present at the trial, the case will be addressed according to Vietnamese law.
