(VOVWORLD) -The Dong Thap provincial People’s Court requests that Mr. Kim In Yong, born in 1962, attend a trial on the divorce case with Mrs. Ho Thi Kim Han, born in 1983.
Mr. Kim In Yong’s most recently known address is 136-2 Samjeong Ri Gulyong Poeup Nam Gu, Pohang city, Kyungsangbuk Do, the Republic of Korea. Mrs. Ho Thi Kim Han currently resides at An Binh, My Hung A commune, Lap Vo district, Dong Thap province, Vietnam.
The court will begin at 8am (local time), July 25, 2017, at 19, National Highway 30, My Phu commune, Cao Lanh city, Dong Thap province, Vietnam.
If Mr. Kim In Yong is unable to attend the first trial, the second trial will be held at 8am (local time) on August 15, 2017 at the above-mentioned address. If Mr. Kim In Yong is not present at both trials, the Dong Thap provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by law.
