1. Pursuant to Article 37 and Article 477 of the Civil Procedure Code and Article 56 of the Law on Marriage and Family, it is ordered and decreed by the Court that a Decree of Divorce shall be granted to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nga as the petitioner and Mr. Yang Seung Woo as the respondent, then the marriage relationship existing between the parties be terminated and held for naught and both parties are hereby released and discharged from any obligations thereon.
