(VOVWORLD) - The Vinh Long provincial People’s Court would like to inform Repubic of Korean citizen Kim Jung Kyun, born in 1965, of the Decree of Divorce (No. 32/2018/HNGD-ST) dated May 18, 2018.
Mr. Kim Jung Kyun's most recently known address is 1536 Sa-dong, Sangrok-gu, Ansan-si, Gyenggi-do, the Republic of Korea.
1. It is ordered and decreed by the Vinh Long provincial People's Court that Mrs. Nguyen Hoang Yen (born in 1988 and resides at Tan Loc hamlet, Tan Luco commune, Binh Tan district, Vinh Long province), the petitioner, and Mr. Kim Jung Kyun, the respondent, are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. The petitioner has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Kim Jung Kyun to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is one month after the decree is announced. Mr. Kim Jung Kyun can send the appeal to the Vinh Long provincial People's Court at 500, Phuoc Nguon A hamlet, Phưoc Hau commune, Long Ho district, Vĩnh Long province, Vietnam.
