In the Decree of Divorce (No.29/2019/HNGD-ST) dated June, 20, 2019, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
Marital relationship: The court decided that the marriage between Mr. Vo, Men Van (Vo Van Men) and Mrs. Le Thi Nguyen Hang is dissolved.
Mrs. Le Thi Nguyen Hang has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Vo, Men Van (Vo Van Men) to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is one month after the decree is announced.
