(VOVworld)-64 information technology products and services were honored with the 2017 Sao Khue Awards at a ceremony in Hanoi on Saturday. Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam told the paricipants that the IT industry has contributed significantly to Vietnam’s encouraging socio-economic achievements over the past years. He urged IT businesses to concentrate more on education, healthcare, and payment services.

“I hope that the Sao Khue Awards will encourage individuals and businesses to develop better products and services for domestic use and export. IT should be an essential tool to publicize science and technology to the entire population”, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam elaborated.
