Busiest day of SOM 2 and related meetings
(VOVWORLD) -Thursday is the busiest day within the framework of the second APEC Senior Officials Meeting (SOM 2) and related meetings with 11 meetings and workshops hosted by APEC working groups and subcommittees.

The Human Resources Development Working Group (HRDWG) host a Workshop on Labour Market Information in the Digital Age. Ms Le Kim Dung, Head of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs said: “APEC member countries will discuss ways to improve policies on social security and generate jobs. At this seminar, Vietnam hopes to work out an action program on strengthening APEC cooperation in employment, labor market, vocational training, and social security.”
