National treasures exhibited

(VOVworld) – 18 national treasures are display at the Museum of National History in Hanoi. The artifacts include a Ngoc Lu bronze drum from the Dong Son culture dating back 2,000 to 2,500 years, a Dao Thinh glazed terra-cotta jar, and a statue of two men carrying each other while playing panpipes.

Other items include President Ho Chi Minh's 100-page book entitled "Revolutionary" Path (published in Guangzhou, China, in 1927), Prison Diary and 1946 appeal for a national resistance war.

“These items have been preserved by the Museum for a long time. They have appeared in many exhibitions in Vietnam and abroad. This is the first time we have displayed all 18 treasures. We have used new exhibition techniques and equipment to highlight the exhibits”, said Nguyen Van Doan, Deputy Director of the Museum of National History.
