Red Flamboyant Flower Festival 2018 underway in Hai Phong
(VOVWORLD) - Activities are being held during the Red Flamboyant Flower Festival 2018 in Hai Phong city.

Themed “Hai Phong reaching out to Sea”, this year’s festival features book and newspaper exhibitions, a painting exhibition entitled “Meeting Hai Phong”, and art performances by Vietnamese and foreign art troupes. Doan Van Dieu from Hai Phong visited a photo exhibition. "The photos show spectacular changes of Hai Phong city, which makes us citizens very pleased and proud," Dieu said, "We hope the city will continue to develop to improve our living standards.”

The Red Flamboyant Festival, which takes place throughout the weekend, culminates in a gala night on Saturday in the municipal Opera House Square.
