Ta Quang Buu Award 2018 presented

Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam attended the event. The annual award that honors scientists with outstanding achievements has been held for the last 5 years.  Addressing the ceremony, Minister of Science and Technology Chu Ngoc Anh said: “So far, 14 scientists have been honored with the award. Of them, Professor Doctor Phan Thanh Son Nam and Associate Professor Doctor Nguyen Sum were listed in the top 100 most influential scientists in Asia in 2017 by Asian Scientist Magazine. The ranking was based on scientific projects that receive the Ta Quang Buu award. It shows that this is a prestigious and recognized award in the region.”
