Vietnam’s presidency of ASEAN Committee in Rome well fulfilled
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam has completed its presidency of the ASEAN Committee in Rome (ACR), successfully promoting the role and position of the bloc in Italy.

ASEAN ambassadors made the remarks at Friday’s meeting at the Vietnamese Embassy in Rome to hand over the presidency to Thai Ambassador Tana Weskosith.
During its 6-month term, Vietnam paid much attention to tightening links between ACR and partners from the Italian government, parliament, and local authorities.
At the meeting, Vietnam shared its experience in implementing trans-regional cooperative models and programs to connect with Italian enterprises.
Vietnamese Ambassador to Italy Cao Chinh Thien said the Vietnamese Embassy will work closely with the Thai Embassy to maximize the committee’s performance.
