(VOVworld) – East Sea issues need peaceful solutions based on international laws, Christopher Matlhako, Secretary of External Relations of the South African Communist Party (SACP) said after attending the 18^th International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties in Hanoi in October.

He said countries should discuss solutions in a spirit of friendship on the basis of international laws, including the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).
