(VOVworld) – On Monday, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh received a delegation of heroic mothers, war veterans, invalids, and sick soldiers who came from Can Tho city to Hanoi to visit President Ho Chi Minh mausoleum.

Mr. Ninh said the Party and State has put in place incentive policies on  improving the living conditions of social beneficiaries. He expected them to set bright examples for the younger generation in national development.
