(VOVworld) - Filipino President Rodrigo Duterte began an official visit to Vietnam from September 28 to 29 at the invitation of his Vietnamese counterpart Tran Dai Quang. This is  President Duterte’s first visit to Vietnam and the fourth visit to a foreign country since he took office on June 30. During the visit, both sides will discuss the promotion of their strategic partnership in politics, security, defense and trade.
