(VOVworld) - The UPU international letter-writing contest has begun receiving entries. This year’s topic is to write yourself a letter pretended that you were 45. All Vietnamese pupils from 10 to 15 are welcome to join the contest. Entries must not exceed 800 words and could be submitted in English with Vietnamese translation.
