(VOVworld) - National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung will attend the 4th World Conference of Speakers of Parliament to be held in New York and will pay an official visit to the US from August 31 to September 9.

Chairman Hung and his entourage will meet Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Union Saber Chaudhury, US Senator Patrick Leahy, Speaker of the US House of Representatives John Boehner, and representatives of the Vietnamese community there.
This will be the first visit by a Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly to the US to enhance legislative relations as well as bilateral economic, trade, education, and healthcare.
