(VOVworld) - The Republic of Korean Cultural Center and Korean Association in Ho Chi Minh City will sponsor the construction of 40 houses for the poor in southern provinces.

The donation aims to raise bilateral cultural exchanges and friendship. Chairman of the Union of Friendship Associations in Kien Giang province, Le Van Hong, was speaking at a signing ceremony on Thursday: “We are pleased that the houses will help the poor escape poverty. This will boost friendship cooperation between the two countries sustainably.”
