(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has praised unique advantages of Quang Nam province in an investment promotion event in Tam Ky city on Sunday. He said the province has strategic values capturing investors’ interests: “Centuries ago, Quang Nam has been a destination of big trading vessels. Hoi An and Quang Nam was a prosperous port and business hub in Asia. We need to restore this region development based on its natural advantages.”

The Prime Minister called for more institutional reform to lure investment in Quang Nam: “Quang Nam province has improved its business environment and topped the list of best provinces and cities. We have seen the 3 in 1 center for public services. This should provide best facilitation to investors in line with international practices to lower their investment costs.” The Prime Minister urged Quang Nam to foster links with Da Nang and Quang Ngai to become a world class tourism center. Cooperative deals worth 15.8 billion dollars were signed on this occasion.
