(VOVWORLD) - Ho Chi Minh City is allocating resources to build an urban administration and improve its investment environment, hoping to fulfill the resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the resolution of the 11th municipal Party Congress.
Ho Chi Minh City has seen strong economic growth so far this year, earning 126 million USD a day, nearly twice the projected daily revenue, thanks to efforts by local authorities to boost innovation, infrastructure, human resources, start-ups, and key local products.
Chairman of the municipal People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong said, "Department and agency leaders need to solve management problems and improve coordination of efforts to help businesses and individuals overcome their difficulties."
