The conference will focus on the political report of the 13th Party Central Committee, the 10-year socio-economic development strategy until 2030, the 5-year socio-economic development plan until 2025, and other documents.
The main venue of the conference will be at the National Assembly building in Hanoi. Other venues will be located at provincial and municipal Party committees, ministries, departments, and administrative agencies.
