(VOVWORLD) - An online conference to publicize the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress was held last week. The conference sparked a new will and determination to make Vietnam strong and prosperous.

The online conference drew nearly 1 million Party members, including leaders of Party Committees of ministries, central agencies, provinces and districts, who heard reports on core and new issues in documents of the Congress. Time and money was saved by holding conference online.
The conference speakers were key officials of the Party and the Party Politburo, who were directly involved in drafting and compiling the documents and presented them in a clear manner focusing on key and new points to make it easier for Party Committees to work out action programs to realize the Party resolution and disseminate it widely among the Party, the people, and the Army.
To implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, patriotism, self-reliance, national unity and aspiration for national prosperity and happiness will be promoted. It’s important that each Party member understands the resolution and that action to realize the resolution are based on local conditions.
The Party resolution will strengthen the Party politically, ideologically, and morally, strengthen the Party’s organization and personnel, eliminate the degradation of political ideology, morality, and lifestyle, and signs of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” within the Party, defend the Party’s ideological foundation, fight against false and hostile views, and inspire the public to reject negatives and strengthen public trust.
Understanding the Party resolution will help people identify opportunities, difficulties, and challenges and will create consensus in fulfilling the goals of making Vietnam prosperous and happy.
