In addition to its regular programs on political, economic, defense, and security issues, the radio network in Tan Lac district, Hoa Binh province, has devoted more air time to broadcasting the latest information on the Covid-19 epidemic and providing medical advice to the public on curbing the spread of the disease.

Broadcasts on Covid-19 have been a priority at Son Vi commune’s radio station in Phu Tho province. The station has kept listeners up to date on Covid-19 news and provided vital information about preventive measures.

Vietnamese and Chinese people in border areas have frequent exchanges. Since the Covid-19 epidemic broke out, the local communications network has been using public loudspeakers to remind people to follow preventive measures.

Mong Cai city’s Culture Communications Center has increased the duration of its programs on Covid-19 and instructions to the public. Director Do Viet Ha said: “We have made fighting this epidemic our top mission. Our reporters are working overtime to fulfill their tasks and contributed to the fight against Covid-19.”
